Meet Sara
Your Guide to Strength, Balance & Inner Peace

Meet Sara, a highly experienced yoga instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience and international certifications.

She holds a PhD in Sports Sociology and a Master’s degree in Physical Education. Sara is a certified E-RYT 500 instructor with Yoga Alliance (USA & Canada) and has trained extensively in India.

Her expertise includes Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra. She has also served as the former head of the Northeast Tehran Yoga Committee.

Sara’s teaching style blends knowledge, mindfulness, and breathwork to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected.
